Dr. Chintalpuri completed her medical education at Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences, India. Her husband is a Dentist and resides in West Fargo, ND. Over the past two years, she has worked as an Extern under Dr. Joel Schock & Dr. Hoadley Harris at the Plains Medical Clinic, LLC in Fargo, ND. Dr. Chintalpuri has also completed an Observership at Merit Care Hospital in Fargo, ND. Shashwita’s volunteer experiences in India include working with an HIV/AIDS Counseling Program & Pulse Polio Immunisation Program. In addition to English, Dr. Chintalpuri is fluent in Hindi, Marathi, Telugu, and Gujrati. She sings competitively (as she is trained in Indian classical music), and enjoys listening to music, traveling, and cooking.
Dr. Daugeliene graduated from Kaunas University of Medicine, Lithuania before furthering her education at Gifu Daigaku Igakubu, Japan in 2001 where she completed her Ph.D. Dr. Dugeliene received the Japanese Government (Monbusho) Schloarship for Outstanding Foreign Student, was a Mishima Foundation Fellow, and received an award for her presentation of research at the 11th Congress for the European Society of Ophthalmology. Dr. Daugeliene is fluent in Lithuanian, Japanese, and Russian (in addition to English) and enjoys the arts, gardening and travel. Dr. Daugeliene's family lives in Minnesota.
Dr. Gonuguntla's birthplace is Kurnool, India. She graduated from Mahadevappa Rampure Medical College, India. For the past two years Dr. Gonuguntla did her Observership under Dr. Sastry R. Malladi, Dr. Jim P. Hussey, and Dr. Rama Mulupuri at Medical Center of Plano, Texas. She also did her clinical research work on Minimally Invasive Maze Procedure for Atrial Fibrillation at the Cardiopulmonary Research Science & Technology Institute (CRSTI) located in Dallas, TX, led by renowned cardiothoracic surgeon, Dr. Michael Mack. In addition to speaking English, Anu is fluent in Telugu & Hindi. She enjoys singing, cooking, and dramatics. She will be relocating to North Dakota from Richardson, Texas.
Dr. Guanzon completed his medical education at the University of The Phillippines, Philippines. He then completed a Residency/Fellowship in Internal Medicine at Cardinal Santos Medical Center, San Juan, Philippines. Aside from English, which is his primary language, he is fluent in his country’s native language of Filipino. Dr. Guanzon’s research experience includes a cross-sectional study on the quality of care in terms of process given to patients with acute myocardial infarction in a tertiary community-based hospital with a cardiac catheter lab. He enjoys exercising in the gym, reading books and drawing. Dr. Guanzon has already established Bismarck, ND as his “new” home. His sister, Marie Denise Guanzon, MD, is a Hospitalist with St. Alexius Medical Center.
Dr. Lawson graduated from Jiangxi Medical College in China. She is Board Certified and holds Membership with the Chinese Plastic Surgery Association. Rong practiced Plastic Surgery for seven years in her native country of China. She also holds a Masters Degree in Burn Surgery Research. She worked with international programs such as “Operation Smile” and “Smile Train” helping thousands of children born with cleft lip or palate. Both of her parents are doctors in her home city of NanChang, JiangXi Province. In 2002, she married and moved to the United States and is now a permanent resident. Dr. Lawson's husband, Eric, and their daughter, Elisabeth, are joining Rong in Bismarck, as he has accepted a position with the Bismarck-Mandan Symphony Orchestra as Concertmaster. Dr. Eric Lawson served as a Professor of violin, viola, and orchestra at the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks, ND. Rong's hobbies and interests include musical appreciation, needle works, cooking, travel, films, childhood development and language. In addition to English, Dr. Lawson is fluent in Chinese.
